Teachers' Day xD @ 5:17 AM

HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY YA'LL!

Hehe okay so how was YOUR teachers' day celebration aye? Good? Bad? Boring? Whatever it is, I hope you made your Teachers happy people today(:

So teachers' day at RGS was pretty great haha okay I'm being so unfair but yeah for me, it was something different. We had 'Don't forget the lyrics' and 'RGS's next Top Model'. Haha we also had 'Are you smarter than an RGS girl?'. In all two? three? games, we the students played against the Teachers and well, i wasn't that bad. We even had our very own commercial breaks! Cool or what man cool or what?

So then in the Don't forget the lyrics and the RGS next Top odel, the Teachers won because it was pretty unfair since THEY were the judges. Haha but it was fun, nonetheless. Haha Mr De was hilarious when the Teachers had to impersonate us students. And he acted like a baby with his thumb in his mouth. Haha SO CUTE!

And then, and then we won over the Teachers in 'Are you smarter than an RGS girl?'! And we made a deal that whoever lost must say that they are not smarter than the opposite team. In other words, the teachers, if they lose, must say " We are not smarter than an RGS girl " and for us students, if we lose, we must say " We are not smarter than RGS Teachers". Buuuuut we didn't have to since we won.. Hehe DAMN COOL! Everyone was cheering when the Teachers said that. Haha. Best.

Then we had a class party where we invited teachers over for some eating and dancing and stuff like that. We had this certificate giving session where we gave certificates to teachers with their "achievements" on it. Hahahahaha and the award recipients were.....

Well those teachers who won the awards won it for a reason. Haha. Most of it in a teasing manner but yeah its describes them I think/guess..? If you wanna know why, you can always ask me why. Haha.

Then I rushed to SC and back to JPS(OMG I MET SUDHA ON THE BUS SO RANDOMLY!) and met with friends but not with CIkgu Amilia whom I so dearly miss!! GAAAAH AND CIKGU WAHINDAH TOO! Haha okay I could have come a lott earlier but I wouldn't have known if I didn't meet Sudha on the bus! Haha takdir.

Okay and that concludes everything else?

I don't really have an idea on how I am supposed to express how I feel right now but I'd say pretty down. Long story short, I may just lose a relative in the days to come. But I am hoping he gets well soon and I can start to move on to the more important things in live right now like for example, studies?

Be Yourself Day(BYD)! @ 5:32 AM

TOMORROW'S BE YOURSELF DAY!

Dress up as whatever you wanted to be when you were a kid. Even if it means putting on a pair of fairy wings on your back! Haha okay I am kidding. But actually you can! Because everyone's special in their own way! Well I don't see the point of advertising anymore of this thing buuuut I already typed it and I am lazy to go back and delete and retype a new title so bear with my laziness will, ya?

So we ALL know that Teachers' Day is on Tuesday and would most probably be going back to your primary schools to celebrate it and meet up with your primary school teachers to see how they have been and meet up with all of your friends. Well basically my point in saying this is that, JPS pupils aren't allowed to go back to JPS due to the principal being afraid of the Swine flu situation. I don't know about you but I am pretty bummed by it considering that I have waited since I don't know when to go back and have a chance to talk to Mdm Amilia and all my other past teachers like Mdm Teng and Cikgu Wahindah. And of course all of my friends whom I have dearly missed over the months of being in secondary school.

And honestly speaking, this is't the first time Swine flu is getting in the way of my social life. It makes me wanna go STUPID SWINE!Haha okay no seriously. The first time was when I wanted to go see how Kak Lina was after she tore her ACL. Buuuuut swine just HAD to force the precautionary levels to go UP. Way to go babs. Urgh. But nevermind, like Kak Siti said, let bygone, be bygones. So I shall leave this matter to rest.

Ramadhan al Mubarak @ 7:01 AM

Wow. Ramadhan comes fast. I mean I don't think its even a year since the last Ramadhan.I mean yes it been year but it doesn't feel like a year has passed. Haha oh well.

I swear the Hungry ghost festival auctions at the opposite void deck is killing me. Its damn bising OMG. It is damn loud I am not freaking kidding. And I live on the freaking tenth floor. How loud can it possibly get man?? Grrrr. I hate it lah walao.

Shut up man just shut up.

So umm anyway, Speech day full dress rehearsal was today and tarian danced goooood(: Aiya so proud of them! And for gods sake, their costumes were pretaaaay! GAAAH I WANNA DANCE TOO! And the fans! OMGEE. SO PRETTY!

Haha I crashed make up hehe but they were at the last few stages already so not much to do. Technically I did noting. Just sit and stare.

Then headed to Swensens for some pre-Ramadhan lunch/dinner. Haha aku lambat dok. By so long I'm not kidding.

Shall not elaborate about what happened at Westmall 'cause it just hurts.

So well, that concludes my day for today. Oh and if you don't see me online often, it would most probably be because of my computer being bitchy and that I am depending on my brother for the computer. Haha I love my bro. (:

So yesterday I gave Kak Siti a letter and she replied :D But somehow, I knew she was going to reply 'cause she texted me last night asking me to look forward to tomorrow(today). Tsk. Takde surprise langsung. Haha but anyhoohow, it was cute! With little heart shaped stickers of all sorts and colours!! So my next one MUST and WILL contain stickers. Haha check your class tray before assembly tomorrow!!

One last goodbye @ 5:05 AM

Hehe okaaaay maybe not.

I don't really know whats wrong with me but umm hmm I guess I am just bidding goodbye before goodbye actually comes? Get it? Don't get it? Nevermind. Maybe my seniors would know. Espescially the kakak with the muka tak tau maintain one :D

So I wrote to her a letter today and I was like 'check the class trays before you leave school for home!' Okay no actually I said " You may have to check your class tray later. After school I mean" but I ended up giving it to her in person 'cause she came to the Malay Room for her prayers and well I guess I din't wanna trouble her so thus...

Kak Anisa handed me a letter too but it was a reply for my previous one to her. Hehe I know right, letter frenzy ttm. And her letter was preeetaaaay! Hehe I loved the name(: So lah the pretty. Thanks sangat sangat ye Kak for the letter! I <3>

So yesterday I went home with kak Siti and I ended up reaching home at Maghrib. Startlah my mum beleteh sikit but well, I guess I deserved it since I told her I was leaving school at 4.30 but instead left at 5.30. Mmmhmm I waited for kak Siti to finish her SS PT and hand it up. Haha. But it was damn smart of her lah at the corridor outside Queens Staffrom(: You know I know ah Kak.

So then yesterday the girls in my malay class were fussing over this hot guy in Arab class and they were screaming and all when Cikgu came in. It was damn obvious so Cikgu decided to talk to us about it. I left for the toilet before CIkgu started 'cause I had something in my eye. When I came back, I sat next to Liyana and she whispered to me," Cikgu giving talk about sexual education." And Cikgu heard it and went," Tidak Liyana. Saya tentang berbual tentang masalah percampuran lelaki dan perempuan semasa aktiviti bersepadu di luar sekolah."

Haha wah piang. And then she said.....
"Jangan jadi macam buah durian."
But some people didn't understand what she meant so she explained...
"Maksud Cikgu, kalau awak ingin membeli buah drian, semestinya awak akan memilih buah durian yang baik, bukan? Dan dalam proses memilih buah yang baik, tentunya awak akan mengangkat buah durian itu, mencium, membelek dan sebagainya. Kalau didapati bahawa buah itu tidak baik, sudah tentu awak akan meletak kembali buah itu ke tempat asalnya. Jika dikasarkan, Jangan menjadi seorang gadis yang senang dipergunakan oleh budak lelak."

In simple English she said that we shoudln't be like durians. Don't allow guys to just make use of you and in the end just dump you and leave. Hehe Cikgu's words were very well structured. It wasn't hurtful to anyone but had meaning as deep as the ocean.

You know the one at the leftest hand side. With the muka tak tau maintain one. Hehe thanks a billions Kak Siti sayangs for brightening up my day like everyday hehe. We had fun during ND and I promise it would be the BEST ND I had and the ONLY one that I remember well.

I hoped you liked the card thingy I gave you just now in the malay room. And yay you gave me a huggie! Hehe thanks for everything eh Kak, seriously.

With pride and everything else @ 7:18 AM

Hey peoples(: Hehe so today the results for the 51st Quran Recital Assembly was announced and Singapore clicnched a spot in the top five for both categories(Male and Female) And I know who the Male participant is(:

ABANG SADID! Haha I thought he would make it into the top 3! But he was shot of a poition. But I thought the winner for the Female category was pretty unfair because this time, she didn't read very well. The Malaysian female won again. SHe won the last time but this time she wasn't as good as the last. And the score percentage was a huge jump from the second to the first place winner. Impossible lah, basically.

But HWOW I am proud of Abang Sadid. He read really well and I thought he deserved more than just a fourth place after all that he has gone through to get here. And I was teasing Kak Syai the whole time because ya know... they have some internal relationship which I don't think I'd like to mention here 'cause its a veryyyy looooong stooooryyy. Hehe I purporsefully dragged 'em words.

NDP celebration 2009 @ 4:18 AM

Happy National Day in advance to all of you and espescially Singapore! Today's celebration was pretty interesting, to be honest. I liked the march past. I mean like it IS my first time experiencing it so yeah, it was cool. However so, a few of the cadets were falling sick, mostly because of the heat. The only contingent which remained intact was the NCC Landers. I guess they're supposed to, right?

So the celebration started with the entrance of our GOH who was a former RGS girl. And then it was the singing of the National Anthem and the pledge taking and then followed by the singing of the school song. I screwed up that one. After I don't know how many weeks of not singing it, I guess the words just slipped out of my mind. And then the Sec 4 fashion Parade began then followed by the singing of past year's NDP songs like Reach Out For the Skies and Where I belong(?). SO yeah it was pretty messed up and totally out of tune but oh well, we were having to much fun swaying to care xD

And then the results for the Sec 4 fashion Parade was announced followed by the best dressed award then came the funnest part. The TEACHERS BAND! OMG I swear it was damn cool lah. Mr Noh was on the electric guitar, Mr Mizar on the drums, Mr Segarra on the acoustic guitar and Mr Toh and Mr [who?] was singing to the 2009 NDP song! It was dead fun! Evryone was jumping up and down to the chorus because it was so catchy and very jumpable! We all wanted an encore after the first time so they went again and we all jumped up and down AGAIN! OMG SO FUN!

But I have to say that Humaira's polo tee was PRETTY! And I loved Yuli's tie(:

So then after the celebration we had math CES but I had to leave early because I had to help Liyana with Physics. Then after a short while, I went to help clean up the store room with my seniors. Following that, I dileberated with my mum to allow me to follow kak Siti and Kak Adri to NLB. The trip on the way there was filled with so many funny and very selenger things! Kan Kakaks?! So we went to makan first then they went to pray at Masjid Sultan. And on the way to Masjid Sultan, we walked past this group of Madrasah Mamats and this was what we heard:

Mamat: Eh aku rasa macam nak gi tengok wayang seh!
Kak Siti: A'ah aku pun nak ikut!

Haha thank god the guy didn't hear it lah. Well I hope he didn't! So then we made our way to NLB where I studied with Kak Siti while Kak Adri and Kak Azirah went to some other place in the library.

We went home together(me and Kak Siti) and realised we live two bus stops away from each other! GAAAH! And on the bus, we passed by Snow City and Kak Siti was like, "Eh, someday, we'll go to Snow City together eh! I mean like we're so close! I can call you and ask you to go down then we can go together!" Haha Damn random ttm.

And before that she measured the LENGTH of MY HEAD with her 15cm ruler! Tak boleh angs! Why? Because her friend was asking her. Haha wth?

Haha today was fun and I hope we can totally do this again ah Kak Siti. (:

And when everything's over... @ 3:30 AM

Phew. I just completed two PTs and both were submitted on time. I feel like giving myself a pat on the back and a treat after running up and down the stairs to the third floor library just because I had to print a freaking page of bibliography for my Geography PT. Tiring much...

Then I was late to meet my dad who was waiting for me outside the school gate and I received a dozen phone calls from both my dad AND brother just because I am late. And my brother waited an hour at his school's bus stop just because the library printer can't connect to the computer! Frustration ttm. And he placed al the blame on me. Pissed off much?!?!

Okay enough babbling and complaining and lets get on with some other stuff like for example ayeeee..... JONAS is premiering on DC this Sunday! Awesome kan! Hehe okay not really lah but I've waited forever for it. I CANNOT WAIT FOR RAMADHAN TO COME! OFFICIALLY CAN'T!

Farewell my dearests @ 6:10 AM

So last Thursday was the Secondary 4's farewell and we got a new President for Tarian! (: Congrats Kak Murnira loves!

Well during the starting, we did some on-the-spot dance we choreo-ed just like five to ten minutes before that. Then the seniors came in and most of them ran in especially Kak Diy...She was jumping her way in! Why...because everyone was tickling the Sec 4s. Hehe alar last chance anyway...

So then we got Kak Lena to give a farewell speech which she never managed to complete because she cried half way. I wanted to cry so badly because Iknew that somehow I will miss them although we're not very close. But then I had something in my eyes and I was tearing badly. Haha Liyana thought I WAS crying. Well it didn't help that the speeches that followed were pretty saddening to hear too. So yeah after a while I got over it.

Kak Feena cried most of the time during the event especially when we were just randomly hugging people at the end of the whole event. Then we handed over positions and then the makan makan then was the prize exchange. Hehe.

Then we went home and while I sat in the car, a thought struck me. If I am already THIS reluctant to watch them go...what about the '10 Sec 4s? I am damn close to them...especially Kak Mur and Law and Luxna. Right now..I'm not that close to Kak Lena or Kak Diy and I am already figthing back the tears. Imagine what would happen next year when It's Kak Mur's turn to leave us? We need a heck lot of tissue I swear. Well atleast I do. And then the following year would be Kak Isdi and Kak Anisa's turn to leave. I am close to them too. What would happen then?

I guess I just hope that next year would be a year that would bond us together...I just don't want Kak Murnira to leave. I've gotten so close to her since the Environtmental Dance Competition! Its sad seeing people you treasure leave... Isn't it?

It takes forever to remember and a minute to forget @ 4:39 AM

Oh well I know I take forever just to post a post but well be glad that I am cause it would most prooly take a while till you see my next one!

So today I had two jemputans before I had to head to Serangoon to do my Bio PT. Serangoon aka Sabrina Bay Tan Hui Ling's house XD

So at the first event I met Athira and I was damn shocked because she was with my long time childhood BFF! It kinda shocked me but then something else gave me a shock of my life. She is my childhood friend! And for like eight months seeing her in school it didn't even struck me that she was my childhood friend! Not even once lah tak bedek!

Then another shocker wave passed over my head. I saw Munaya's mom. And Munaya too! Turns out that the host's brother is Munaya's mother's godbrother! GAAAH! I swear I could have just fainted from all the shockwaves!

So I immediately texted Ama and she replied: Wat???now u noe???

Haha like she knows any better! Hmph! But today has been eventful. Hehe met sooo many people from my past its ust incredible to see how fast time has flew by. I swear I don't remember Athira from my childhood. Thinking that we were in the same class back then but don't remember anything is kinda freaky.
