Translation skills FTW @ 6:37 AM

So today, on our way back from Braddel, we translated English songs to Malay. And by we I mean Alisa, Isidyanah, Murnira and me xD

So this was what we came up with..

Baby, checkmate @ 6:03 AM

This blog is dead. Something tells me that even Shakespeare is more alive xD

Anyways, tarian today was fun(: It was umm... energetic? Passionate? We could sense all the energy that everyone was giving off. Somehow, it was like as if we were on the ArtsFest stage all over again. Everyone just having fun, not even caring wether or not they will or did forget their steps. It was nice to see everyone and everything just falling into place. I hope things continue to be like this though xD

On the way back, Moony made me laugh/smile so hard I felt tears forming hahahaha xD All thanks to Tohoshinki(: They make me smile like nobody's business all the time and thats what I respect and like them for. Yes, they are artiste and are known as The Rising Gods of The East. But they are, still human. And being human means being able to let go as and when needed. They are pros as well as adorkable human beings xD Its nice seeing them laugh and its good to know that they are able to bring themselves down and be at our level.

Its nice to see them all hot and cute in pictures and videos. But its nicer seeing them being human.

I don't - On second thought, nevermind. @ 6:07 AM

Hmm how am I going to start this. Or end it. Hmm okay I gotta say that the MOEshowcase dance is DAMN difficult! Hahaha okay maybe not really ah but I keep messing up the last part. It makes me pissed off ah. Ish. Can't get the tuns and footing and timing right ><

Sighsighsigh. Whattodo whattodo? OH OH OH!

I found out what Kak Murnira and all the other tarianers planned to do on my birthday. Initially they planned to flour me but Minah forgot to bring the flour. SO they change plan and decided to wet me AFTER I changed into my tarian shirt. And then give me the CD with the shirt Kak Murni brought along. Hahahaha Kak Alisa called for an urgent level co-ords meeting that afternoon. But only Kak Murni made it. She wanted to wet me along with Minah but then Minah was eating and she ask Kak Murni to proceed without her. So then in the malay room, nothing happened. Hahaha she was worried that I didn't have a shirt as a spare(and I didn't) so she was like torn between wetting me and not wetting me. Hahahaha kesian dia. But then it never happened ah. She placed the CD in my bag where my tarian shirt was. I saw it and almost cried in the malay room. But then takde time. Haha xD I walked to the foyer with that innocent face and they were like asking each other if she(I) found out about the CD. Kak Murni was like: I don't think she knows. And then she was like AH crap how to get it back? I placed my bag down, turned to her, smiled and she was like SHIT NOO I DON'T LIKE HUGS! But then I didn't care and just hugged her xD Hahahaha I love this awesome people. TYVM(: Hahaha made me smile/cry like there's no tomorrow. Hahaha xD

I officially declare this as my first birthday that I celebrated, surrounded by people who light up my life everyday without fail. These people make me smile and look great even on my worse of days xD Thanks guys(: I love you guys a lot ah tak bedek.

I guess this only serves to prove to me that even though I do have that few people in my life that turn their backs to me, I have a HELL lot more people that I can turn to and trust to catch me when I fall. It proves one thing: There are more people who cares about me in my life as compared to those who don't.

SO umm today was tarian trials and I must say that The Sec Ones were goood! I was impressed with BOTH my juniors(: Claudia is pwetty(: Hahaha okay Naz, step out of your bimbs moment.

Sing, dance, party. @ 4:48 AM

Tarian outing was damn fun omgee! Hahaha we had pizza! Like four boxes of it. xD Makan sampai nak temuntah.

So anyway, SHOUT OUT TO MURNIRA BTE SULAIMAN xD

Haha she looks pretty in shades. Okay now I feel like a stalker cause I have a freakishly large amount of photos of her. Haha or photos with her in it somehow xD

We had fun. Like lots of it 'cause well, it was Ms Wani's treat, the pizzas. Haha our jumpshots were damn awesome! Got it in like the first try. Kak Isdi rocks at timing. Haha. Me and Kak Mur blocked most of them at the next jumpshot so yeah xD Damn fun I tell you. Haha.

Omg performance rocked ah. I did what I couldn't do at first perfectly. And my hair was BOOMZ like seriously.

Haha I took a shower after that to remove make-up as well as to untangle my tangled hair xD Sadly no soap or shampoo so yeah. Haha but I felt damn good after the shower. Cold water \m/

Stalker. @ 4:20 AM

Hehe you must be wondering whats up with the title of this post but actually, nothing THAT major lah ye.

I met Kak Siti at Jurong East MRT station at platform C! Hehe turns out she was heading to Geylang(boo). Hehe it was soooo uncalled for. We didn't even plan to meet. And like of all places, at the MRT platform. Hah we damn awesome. I TOLD YOU NAZIRA WE ARE TELEPATHICALLY CONNECTED! Haha okay yeah. I was heading to Bukit Gombak to collect my madrasah results and mmm, it was okay lah eh. Haha not the worst that I have done so far so yeah, its okay.

So I spent most of my day on Facebook and Youtube listening to Korean songs and falling in love with them. Sigh <3

Hehe I don't know what got into me but I'm noticing weirdddd stuffs. Haha for example, my brother pasted his timetable up with ducktape xD I don't really know how it IS weird but yeah. Haha okay sorry.

Haha okay me and Kak Mur are totally having our swoon moment ah! And she got me hooked to KPOP! Damn. The songs very addictive. I SWEAR! And the dance moves!! Whoo panas ttm.

Haha okay nevermind ignoreignore. Leaving for KL this Friday after Maghrib for the ULTIMATE SHOP TILL YOU DROP VACAY! Haha ecited ttm. I haven't done my list of things to buy and look for yet. Nyaah D:

So if you have been stalking me or something then you most probably have read Kak Siti's tag on my tagboard so here goes nothing.

Kak, I know somehow that this year has been seemingly short and I have to agree with you that we have had moments together when we st down and talked openly. And yeah I realise that everything is coming to an end pretty much earlier than we all thought it would. We didn't spend a lot of time together during our last week, okay no. Your last week but doesn't mean everything has to end here, right? I mean yeah sure this year would've been hell without you helping out and talking me through things and advising me to take one step at a time with things and situations but I sincerely hope it doesn't stop just because we ain't in the same school anymore. I mean heck, we can even meet up after school if we really have to. But somehow, I wish that this year would never end and that you can stay and all but there, reality just has to be on the winning side and be all bitchy. So yeah whatever. We don't have to be in the same school to know for ourselves that we are there for each other and is a text message, phonecall and heck THREE bus stops away from each other. So this is it.

Sure I want you to stay but you can't. And honestly speaking, you were the person who made me feel at home in RGS and to know that someone is going to be there when I need her is truly comforting. I know you probably won't understand half of the things I'm saying now but yeah they're sincere. Yes, I gotta admit I will miss your letters and conversations and company but yeah. That's that. What are we to do kan?

So yeah that it. Gosh I'm tearing just typing it out. I don't know how it would be next year entering Malay Room next year knowing that you won't come bursting through the back door to do your prayers. Sigh.I love you sis(:

The belated post of the month. @ 6:13 AM

So, SOOOOO many things have been going on in my life that I have yet to post about. So I shall do that today. Sigh okay. So firstly PHOTOTAKINGS(:

Tarian on Wednesday and RGPERBAYU on Thursday. Haha awesomeness. I found that I AM SHORT. HAHA I AM NOT KIDDING MANSXSX. Short sucks. I know how you feel Kak Siti. Sigh okay MOVING ON.

RAYA! xD

So I have to say that this raya was the sombre-est raya ever with my uncle suffering from cancer and all. It was difficult to see my dad crying on his younger brother's shoulder on raya day. And like my nenek and my aunt and all. Sigh cabaran Ramadhan, ye? But food was awesome and yeah. And like I have to admit that the amount me and my brother got from my dad was like totally my fault. School fees are totally exceeding the norm. I have no idea WHY they have to be so freaking expensive. I mean yeah okay fine we're an independent school but they don't have to... Sigh nevermind. You don't know whats going on so I shall NOT and shall NEVER elaborate on it cause it hurts.

Blogger is beginning to get really bitchy with me.

So... what else? OH YEAH BRADDEL WEST.

Haha gosh the building is ANCIENT. But it's pretty awesome for times when you just wanna freak your freak out or just wanna emo one corner and mind your own bee's nest. But yeah its just deserted and FREAKISHLY quiet. FREAKISHLY. And I'm not even kidding. Sigh okay I totally do not have the mood to blog a very long post because(fill in blank). So yeah basically to wrap up my day today, we had International Coastal Cleanup Singapore(ICCS)and it was hot, tiring, gross and really fun. Haha I FOUND A DEAD FISH. And fishballs(like you know the one you eat, which is nice and soft OKAY EWW GROSS.)and crabsticks. Haha wth. Too many cigarette butts, plastics and styrofoam yo. Too much. And the cigarettes were heck difficult to pick up with the sand. Sigh back breaking work totally. Okay I shall change my blogskin now

Be Yourself Day(BYD)! @ 5:32 AM

TOMORROW'S BE YOURSELF DAY!

Dress up as whatever you wanted to be when you were a kid. Even if it means putting on a pair of fairy wings on your back! Haha okay I am kidding. But actually you can! Because everyone's special in their own way! Well I don't see the point of advertising anymore of this thing buuuut I already typed it and I am lazy to go back and delete and retype a new title so bear with my laziness will, ya?

So we ALL know that Teachers' Day is on Tuesday and would most probably be going back to your primary schools to celebrate it and meet up with your primary school teachers to see how they have been and meet up with all of your friends. Well basically my point in saying this is that, JPS pupils aren't allowed to go back to JPS due to the principal being afraid of the Swine flu situation. I don't know about you but I am pretty bummed by it considering that I have waited since I don't know when to go back and have a chance to talk to Mdm Amilia and all my other past teachers like Mdm Teng and Cikgu Wahindah. And of course all of my friends whom I have dearly missed over the months of being in secondary school.

And honestly speaking, this is't the first time Swine flu is getting in the way of my social life. It makes me wanna go STUPID SWINE!Haha okay no seriously. The first time was when I wanted to go see how Kak Lina was after she tore her ACL. Buuuuut swine just HAD to force the precautionary levels to go UP. Way to go babs. Urgh. But nevermind, like Kak Siti said, let bygone, be bygones. So I shall leave this matter to rest.

Ramadhan al Mubarak @ 7:01 AM

Wow. Ramadhan comes fast. I mean I don't think its even a year since the last Ramadhan.I mean yes it been year but it doesn't feel like a year has passed. Haha oh well.

I swear the Hungry ghost festival auctions at the opposite void deck is killing me. Its damn bising OMG. It is damn loud I am not freaking kidding. And I live on the freaking tenth floor. How loud can it possibly get man?? Grrrr. I hate it lah walao.

Shut up man just shut up.

So umm anyway, Speech day full dress rehearsal was today and tarian danced goooood(: Aiya so proud of them! And for gods sake, their costumes were pretaaaay! GAAAH I WANNA DANCE TOO! And the fans! OMGEE. SO PRETTY!

Haha I crashed make up hehe but they were at the last few stages already so not much to do. Technically I did noting. Just sit and stare.

Then headed to Swensens for some pre-Ramadhan lunch/dinner. Haha aku lambat dok. By so long I'm not kidding.

One last goodbye @ 5:05 AM

Hehe okaaaay maybe not.

I don't really know whats wrong with me but umm hmm I guess I am just bidding goodbye before goodbye actually comes? Get it? Don't get it? Nevermind. Maybe my seniors would know. Espescially the kakak with the muka tak tau maintain one :D

So I wrote to her a letter today and I was like 'check the class trays before you leave school for home!' Okay no actually I said " You may have to check your class tray later. After school I mean" but I ended up giving it to her in person 'cause she came to the Malay Room for her prayers and well I guess I din't wanna trouble her so thus...

Kak Anisa handed me a letter too but it was a reply for my previous one to her. Hehe I know right, letter frenzy ttm. And her letter was preeetaaaay! Hehe I loved the name(: So lah the pretty. Thanks sangat sangat ye Kak for the letter! I <3>

So yesterday I went home with kak Siti and I ended up reaching home at Maghrib. Startlah my mum beleteh sikit but well, I guess I deserved it since I told her I was leaving school at 4.30 but instead left at 5.30. Mmmhmm I waited for kak Siti to finish her SS PT and hand it up. Haha. But it was damn smart of her lah at the corridor outside Queens Staffrom(: You know I know ah Kak.

So then yesterday the girls in my malay class were fussing over this hot guy in Arab class and they were screaming and all when Cikgu came in. It was damn obvious so Cikgu decided to talk to us about it. I left for the toilet before CIkgu started 'cause I had something in my eye. When I came back, I sat next to Liyana and she whispered to me," Cikgu giving talk about sexual education." And Cikgu heard it and went," Tidak Liyana. Saya tentang berbual tentang masalah percampuran lelaki dan perempuan semasa aktiviti bersepadu di luar sekolah."

Haha wah piang. And then she said.....
"Jangan jadi macam buah durian."
But some people didn't understand what she meant so she explained...
"Maksud Cikgu, kalau awak ingin membeli buah drian, semestinya awak akan memilih buah durian yang baik, bukan? Dan dalam proses memilih buah yang baik, tentunya awak akan mengangkat buah durian itu, mencium, membelek dan sebagainya. Kalau didapati bahawa buah itu tidak baik, sudah tentu awak akan meletak kembali buah itu ke tempat asalnya. Jika dikasarkan, Jangan menjadi seorang gadis yang senang dipergunakan oleh budak lelak."

In simple English she said that we shoudln't be like durians. Don't allow guys to just make use of you and in the end just dump you and leave. Hehe Cikgu's words were very well structured. It wasn't hurtful to anyone but had meaning as deep as the ocean.

NDP celebration 2009 @ 4:18 AM

Happy National Day in advance to all of you and espescially Singapore! Today's celebration was pretty interesting, to be honest. I liked the march past. I mean like it IS my first time experiencing it so yeah, it was cool. However so, a few of the cadets were falling sick, mostly because of the heat. The only contingent which remained intact was the NCC Landers. I guess they're supposed to, right?

So the celebration started with the entrance of our GOH who was a former RGS girl. And then it was the singing of the National Anthem and the pledge taking and then followed by the singing of the school song. I screwed up that one. After I don't know how many weeks of not singing it, I guess the words just slipped out of my mind. And then the Sec 4 fashion Parade began then followed by the singing of past year's NDP songs like Reach Out For the Skies and Where I belong(?). SO yeah it was pretty messed up and totally out of tune but oh well, we were having to much fun swaying to care xD

And then the results for the Sec 4 fashion Parade was announced followed by the best dressed award then came the funnest part. The TEACHERS BAND! OMG I swear it was damn cool lah. Mr Noh was on the electric guitar, Mr Mizar on the drums, Mr Segarra on the acoustic guitar and Mr Toh and Mr [who?] was singing to the 2009 NDP song! It was dead fun! Evryone was jumping up and down to the chorus because it was so catchy and very jumpable! We all wanted an encore after the first time so they went again and we all jumped up and down AGAIN! OMG SO FUN!

But I have to say that Humaira's polo tee was PRETTY! And I loved Yuli's tie(:

So then after the celebration we had math CES but I had to leave early because I had to help Liyana with Physics. Then after a short while, I went to help clean up the store room with my seniors. Following that, I dileberated with my mum to allow me to follow kak Siti and Kak Adri to NLB. The trip on the way there was filled with so many funny and very selenger things! Kan Kakaks?! So we went to makan first then they went to pray at Masjid Sultan. And on the way to Masjid Sultan, we walked past this group of Madrasah Mamats and this was what we heard:

Mamat: Eh aku rasa macam nak gi tengok wayang seh!
Kak Siti: A'ah aku pun nak ikut!

Haha thank god the guy didn't hear it lah. Well I hope he didn't! So then we made our way to NLB where I studied with Kak Siti while Kak Adri and Kak Azirah went to some other place in the library.

We went home together(me and Kak Siti) and realised we live two bus stops away from each other! GAAAH! And on the bus, we passed by Snow City and Kak Siti was like, "Eh, someday, we'll go to Snow City together eh! I mean like we're so close! I can call you and ask you to go down then we can go together!" Haha Damn random ttm.

And before that she measured the LENGTH of MY HEAD with her 15cm ruler! Tak boleh angs! Why? Because her friend was asking her. Haha wth?

Haha today was fun and I hope we can totally do this again ah Kak Siti. (:

So hmm. After a while not blogging, I finally had the wanting to blog because so many things has happened and I don't FREAKING know where to start. So lets see. Fine. I shall start with an announcement.

I HAVE A BLOG WHICH IS GOING TO BE FULLY MALAY YO!

I am going to link it here and vice verca. Heh so today I went for a facial with my mummeh(darn it made me feel old)and it FREAKING hurts! *cries*

It was kinda ticklish at first. The part where she(aka Kak Win) did some massage thingy with some cream on my face. And then she steamed it to make my pores expand according to my mum. Then it hurt. A lot of pain. She squeezed every pimple there was on my face and now my face is like swollen from all that. And obviously I cried. Not ashamed to admit it lah. But now I guess my face feels way better. A lot smoother than before.

Another news is the Malay Dancers in the Environmental Dance Floor competiton made it to the finals!! Three cheers and three cheers and three cheers for tarian-ners! Hip hip hooray, hip hip hooray, hip hip hooray! :D

After a while... @ 6:23 AM

Okaylah not after a while. It should be after a LONG TIME.

But hmm, so many things has happened since the last time I blogged. Like a whole serious lot. Sigh but I've been so busy with CCA, exams and revisions till I don't know when on earth I'm ever going to blog. But I'm blogging by request by Nazira. I am doing it because
1) It's her birthday today
2) She's my bestfriend
3) I really think I should blog already.

So hmm, Humaira's birthday passed a week ago and we celebrated it really well. Here's what I did.

I wrote "I owe Naz a birthday present" and " Don't play with me. I kick ass.". Then I sticked both notes which I wrote on Post-It notes on her back. She walked all the way till Malay class before one of my friends actually told her about it. Dang. I was planning for her to have it on till the end of the day. That would have been really cool!

So then I got my ass kicked really hard and it hurt. Duhh, Judo girl kicked me. Ofcourse it would hurt.

Sighh. I really can't wait for OH! It would be so cool me representing and all. What have I done to deserve all this. Sighh.

Okay I have to study actually not realy but I don't feel like blogging anymore. I don't even know what to blog about.

Kak Farah is damn elitist @ 6:14 AM

OMG KAK FARAH IS DAMN ELITIST!!

We were waiting for tarian to view the SYF dance and give positive comments and Liyana started the convo about hot/cute guys. From like totally jauh schools. Okay no lah some of them quite dekat but yeah lah very outreach.

So then I started talking about -inserts guy's name- and she went like "Which school is he from?" And I told her"-insert secondary school's name-" And she giggled and then stopped to apologise and admit" SORRY I'M AN ELITIST."

Wow Kak Farah its good that you know.

So then on the train back home...
Me: Kak, would you accept a guy who is a mat but is smart?
Kak Farah: Oh that would be like a bonus lah. All mats are cute(ew so not true).
Me: Oh kay. Then if nerdy but smart?
Kak Farah: Yeah. I like the nerdy look.
Me: Okay.
Kak Farah: Sorry uh but I'm an elitist.

HAHAHA. Second time today!! SECOND!

Malay dance SYF tmrw!!

Pray hard that SriKencana Raffles will bring home a Gold with Honours! Amin.

But since I'm helping out tomorrow for SYF, I get to escape class at 10 am(:
